• Your expert guide begins their explanation of the Baodingshan rock carvings here, helping you interpret the figures and narratives carved into the rock.

Beishan rock carvings

Beishan rock carvings, known for their delicacy, form one of the major clusters within the Dazu area. You spend time here observing how the carving style differs from other sites.

Features

• With entry to the Beishan rock carvings included, you can focus on the intricate workmanship and detailed figures that give this site its reputation for delicacy.

• Your guide points out representative panels so you can compare Beishan’s fine carving style with the broader Baodingshan rock carvings you encounter during the day.
