Features

• Your entry to Chongqing Zoo lets you explore a wide range of enclosures and exhibits, with access controlled at the main entrance so you can move freely inside the grounds.

• The zoo is home to one of China's earliest breeding bases for giant pandas, giving you a chance to see these animals in a conservation-focused setting within the wider zoo.

• Dino Valley adds a different kind of wildlife encounter, combining high-tech effects with prehistoric scenes that recreate the age of dinosaurs as a themed zone.

• Between exhibits, you can pause at guided talks, eateries, gift shops, and kids' play zones, which are spread across the zoo and provide options to rest, learn, or pick up souvenirs.

Panda breeding base

Within Chongqing Zoo, you will find a dedicated panda breeding base, recognized as one of the earliest such facilities in China. This area focuses on giant pandas and their care inside a managed environment.

Features

• Entry to the panda breeding base is included with your ticket, giving you access to this dedicated zone in addition to the general Chongqing Zoo grounds.

• Inside the panda breeding base, you can watch giant pandas in their enclosures and observe how the space is arranged for breeding, rest, and activity as part of the zoo's conservation work.
