Cooking Class at your holiday house

lesson will take place - Cooking Class includes one intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, four-course dinner following the lesson including selected wines, all food ingredients, taxes. What You Can Expect Times of the lesson (total time about 3/4 hours dinner included) Choose one of the menus that our chef racommends, - on the fixed day our team will come to your holiday house, - our chef will prepare the kitchen for the cooking class, - the chef will present the menu and the wines that combine with it, - thr chef will guide the participants in the preparation of the dishes, - the participants will prepare the various dishes, - the chef summarises the dishes preparation, - appetizers are served with prosecco, - freshly prepared dishes and the wine suitable for them are served, - after the dessert and after the coffee, a grappa or an amaro is served - before leaving, our chef will clean up your kitchen.
