Castle of the Windmill, the work of time

From the terrace to the emblematic “Clos de Londres” vineyard, via the centuries-old cellar where our wines age, discover the reasons for being and making the Castle. It is then a vertical that we offer for tasting in the Chapel of Thorins. The Château du Moulin-à-Vent, the reference wine of the estate, is tasted in the light of the 2005, 2011, 2015 and 2020 vintages. These bottles, often rare, have been kept in the private cellars of the estate, under optimal ageing conditions and illustrate here the keeping capacity of our wines. The tasting concludes with the appreciation of our parcel selections on the 2023 vintage: « Les Vérillats », « Champ de Cour » and « La Rochelle ».
