Cachasol Tequila Tasting Experience

This one-hour tasting is built for anyone who wants to understand tequila in a deeper, more enjoyable way. This experience is especially great for agave nerds, but equally fun for those that simply enjoy quality spirits & stories in a beautiful setting.

While you sip your welcome cocktail, you will learn about the farm and the world of agave spirits: tequila, raicilla, a little history, a little culture, and how why this little farm became home for Cachasol. You will also get a taste of our estate-made raicilla, produced right here on the farm using ancestral techniques.

Then we unpack our unique approach to making great-tasting tequila, including our use of 100% Nayarit-grown agave, our IPA-inspired fermentation, and the production choices that give Cachasol its bright citrus, floral notes, and real agave character.

You'll enjoy chef-prepared pairings with Cachasol Blanco and Epic Strength. We finish with a taste of one of our Rare Beauties: a Cabernet-barrel-aged reposado.
