Reindeer are a truly remarkable part of Alaska's history, and on this experience travelers can learn more about these gentle creatures as they walk through the Boreal Forest.
You will partake in a 30 minute walk through the Boreal Forest and learn about how our reindeer live year round in the arctic climate. After your nature walk, we will return to the reindeer pen to give the reindeer treats.
It takes one hour to reach Basecamp from Fairbanks! Make sure to leave with plenty of time, we do not offer refunds for lateness!
Please note this tour requires self drive to our property. Because of our remote location it is imperative that guests have vehicles with 4WD and winter tires.
