Here we’ll stop for a quick snack with one of Japan’s soul foods, a relic of Meiji period trade with the West. From there, we’ll find our way to the southernmost prefecture of Japan with a tropical stop in Okinawa and get to taste some of the wide variety of dishes and dessert that find their way from the beautiful seas around the islands themselves before wrapping up in front of the iconic Shinjuku station with its buskers, billboards, bright lights, and much beloved 3D Cat.
