In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef. We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Hugo spritz - because why not? Arrive 10 minutes early at Via Cesare Balbo 19, near Hotel 77—look for the “Rome with Chef” sign. Late arrivals won’t be admitted or refunded. The meeting point may change slightly; if so, we’ll notify you in advance. Both locations are within a 5-minute walk.
