When you book a private transfer with us, our driver will be waiting for you at the designated pickup location. For airport transfers, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a signboard or placard with your name clearly displayed.

In case of any unexpected delays or changes to your flight, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure that our driver is aware of any changes to your arrival time. Our driver will wait for you for up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time, free of charge.
