Orienteering Half Day activity Calanques La Ciotat

articipants must find a series of checkpoints using a detailed map and, in some cases, a compass. The goal is to move from one point to another by choosing the best route while enjoying and exploring the natural surroundings in a fun and active way. At the beginning of the activity, each participant receives: * an orienteering map; * a safety briefing; * an introduction to the checkpoints and how the course works. After a short introduction to map reading and navigation techniques, participants or teams set off on routes adapted to the group’s level. The checkpoints are hidden throughout the environment, along trails, scenic viewpoints, rocky areas, and natural landmarks. Throughout the experience, participants will: * observe and interpret their surroundings; * navigate using terrain features; * work together and make decisions; * manage their time and progress along the course. The activity ends back at the starting point with a friendly debriefing.
