Then, we will enter the olive mill where we will explain the First Cold Pressed method of producing extra virgin olive oil showing each and every machine. We will also tell you about the other, modern method of Cold Extraction which uses a centrifuge. Finally, we will taste our 3 qualities of extra virgin olive oil, 2 flavoured oils, a sweet vinegar and petimezi, a delicious grape syrup.
