We will hike for 6 kms come and back from Nerano (Massa Lubrense). We will swim in the beautiful Ieranto bay. We can see Capri from the bay. This is a marine protected are, so the sea is wonderful. I suggest to wear at least gym shoes. Hiking and Trail running shoes suggested. Bring a marine mask to see the fantastic sea botton.
