e we’ll visit an Andean family that preserves the agricultural and textile traditions of the Inca ancestors. Here, you’ll see many varieties of potatoes and enjoy a walk by the lake to observe traditional farming methods. Before the walk, we’ll prepare a pachamanca, an ancestral dish cooked underground. When we return, lunch will be ready for us to enjoy.
