Full Day Kruger Safari From Hoedspruit

At 05:00 - 05:15, your guide collects you from Hoedspruit or any nearby lodge. After a short briefing, you’ll head toward Orpen Gate.

Enter the Kruger National Park via the Orpen Gate. Orpen is known for its high density of lions, giraffes, zebras, and other plains game. The morning drive focuses on prime wildlife areas, with guides using radio communication to maximise sightings. Lunch is at Satara Rest Camp. Satara is known for regular lion and cheetah activity across the surrounding plains. It’s an ideal spot to take a break, choose a meal from the camp’s dining options, and enjoy a relaxed lunch at your own cost before continuing your safari. Continue exploring different regions of the park, following fresh tracks and recent sightings. Afternoon light often brings excellent photographic opportunities.

Your safari comes to an end. You exit via Orpen Gate and arrive back at your accommodation between 16:00 and 17:00.
