Our staff are genuine artisan chocolate makers, certified by the Federal Belgian Government.
In our boutiques, you can discover everything our chocolatiers create by hand, a showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and passion.
We are the only certified artisan chocolate maker in the city of Brussels, and the only one not using industrial chocolate in our workshops. All the chocolate you’ll work with is crafted from premium cacao, fully traceable, and sourced through a 100% ethical and sustainable supply chain, meaning no deforestation, no child labor, and fair income for farmers.
In fact, 33% of the ticket price you pay for the workshop goes directly to support cacao farmers, ensuring them a decent and dignified living.
We are independent and proudly authentic, not part of any industrial group. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to see our bean-to-bar machinery and receive explanations directly from our chocolate makers.
Led by certified artisan chocolatiers, officially recognized by the Belgian Federal Government, this is a rare opportunity to discover how chocolate is truly crafted from bean to bar. Unlike most chocolate workshops, where participants simply melt ready-made industrial chocolate, you'll step inside a real bean-to-bar chocolate factory. We are the only ones in Brussels who transform cacao beans into chocolate. Chocolate making is our profession, not just our demonstration. During this immersive 90-minute experience, you'll create your own delicious chocolates: elegant mendiants, silky handmade truffles and a personalized chocolate bar, beautifully packaged to take home. Your journey begins at the cacao plantation: You will taste ingredients that very few people ever experience: fresh cacao pulp with its surprising tropical fruit notes, raw cacao beans, pure cacao mass and several single-origin chocolates that reveal the unique personality of their origins. The workshop takes place in our modern Chocolate Academy in the heart of Brussels and is conducted in English.
Please check in at our booking desk (the meeting point), where we'll scan your ticket and provide your workshop wristband. Punctuality is essential. It is a mark of respect for our chocolatiers, who interrupt their daily production to share their expertise and for the other participants.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
