Valeria or Paulius, your wine experts will show you all the insights of the wineland. In Requena old city you will visit a medieval, quaint, underground winery and learn the traditional way of making wine. You will be introduced to the Bobal, the local red variety, among others, in the wine tasting with a suprise pairing. Your guide will take you around the narrow streets of Requena, and tell you the history of this remarkable town and its golden, silk-producing past. The tour will continue with a visit to a family-owned estate where you will enjoy their hospitality, visit their vineyards, winery and of course taste their best wines and have a bite of some local charcuterie. We will finish our tour with a traditional menu at a local family-run restaurant. Then just relax, admire the landscape on our way back to Valencia.

It's a morning trip to the Utiel-Requena wine region. Your guide is a sommelier specialised in Valencian wines, who will tell you about the history of wine, about the grape varieties, and a lot more! At 9:30 you will be picked up; we’ll first go to the picturesque village of Requena, where we’ll visit some 9th century caves that were used for storing grain, oil and wine - the old clay pots are still there. Mountain Hike & Thermal Springs - private full day tour
Discover an adventurous and scenic mountain hike followed by the relaxation of the natural thermal springs. This is a sensational way to escape the city and experience the natural beauty of the Valencian region. The tour kicks off with a 9 km/6-mile circular hike (3 hrs), leading you through a dramatic canyon framed by towering cliffs and pine forests. Enjoy panoramic mountain views and stunning gorge landscapes, taking in the tranquil atmosphere of this serene location. Alternatively, a shorter and easier hike of 6 km (2 hrs) can be chosen. From June to September only the shorter hike is possible. The thermal springs of Montanejos maintain a temperature of 25 °C/77 °F. Take a dip and swim in the crystal blue water. You also visit the horizontal water jet created from a dam and the reservoir. You can choose to have lunch in a village restaurant or bring your own lunch to have at the springs. In July and August a swim under a waterfall can be chosen instead of the shorter hike.
