Winter Strawberry Picking & Tasting Experience (Near Sapporo)

Even in the harsh Hokkaido winter, you can enjoy a unique strawberry-picking experience. You will have the chance to taste and compare four varieties: Yotsuboshi, Benihoppe, and two types of Berry Hop. The experience includes 30 minutes of all-you-can-eat strawberries, followed by a visit to the Hokuō no Kaze Tōbetsu roadside station. Just 30 minutes by train from Sapporo, Tōbetsu Town offers a rare chance to enjoy winter strawberry picking! 【Sample Itinerary】 09:57　Depart JR ROYCE’ Town Station (a taxi will be waiting) 10:05　Strawberry picking experience (30 minutes) 10:40　After the activity, walk to Hokuō no Kaze Tōbetsu roadside station 11:20　Depart the roadside station (a taxi will be waiting) 11:25　Arrive at JR ROYCE’ Town Station (A train bound for Sapporo arrives about 10 minutes later.) ※ Transportation costs to the meeting point are at your own expense (¥580 one-way). 【Notes】 Strawberry picking is all-you-can-eat for 30 minutes. Strawberries cannot be taken outside the farm; please consume them on-site. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
