Fed by the Daly Glacier and surrounded by Burgess Shale fossil beds, this stop perfectly captures the awe that gave Yoho National Park its name.
Natural Bridge is where the powerful Kicking Horse River has carved a dramatic rock formation over centuries. A short, easy walk leads to multiple viewpoints where you can feel the rumble of the water rushing beneath your feet.
Discover the world-famous Emerald Lake, known for its brilliant turquoise color and mirror-like reflections of surrounding peaks. Next, we head to the mighty Wapta Falls, a wide and powerful cascade fed by the Waputik Icefield. This easy to moderate hike takes you through peaceful forest trails to viewpoints above the falls and down to the roaring base.
