Petimezi and Moustalevria Private Tasting

hill overlooking the beautiful valley of Nemea. Here we produce organic balsamic vinegar but also the famous concentrated grape juice called Petimezi. Used since the ancient times as a natural sweetener, Petimezi is a unique product full of aromas and flavours. We start the tour with a visit at the production area where we introduce you to the organic cultivation of grapes and the production process of Petimezi and balsamic vinegar. After that, under guidance we prepare together “Moustalevria”. Made with Petimezi and flour Moustalevria is kind of a sweet pudding and loved all over Greece especially during the harvest season. We enjoy our Moustalevria together with a cup of freshly brewed Greek coffee.
