Juneau Lighthouse Tours - Whale watching & Lighthouse Combo

Upon booking, please make sure that you provide the name of the Cruise ship that you will be arriving on, we will expect to pick you up at that dock. We must know where to pick you up from ahead of time, as we only have representatives available to meet at docks where we have guests scheduled. There are multiple ships in port each day. This is crucial information for the day of your tour.

Cruise ship pick-up Instructions: • We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town (or take a shuttle)! • The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag, holding a green “Juneau Lighthouse Tours” sign. • Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship on the dock. • DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your ships gangway. • Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative, stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff.

Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted.

If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to provide specifics on an Alaskan State Museum pick-up, or offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor).
