Half day Sichuan Cuisine Cooking Class Tour(Cooking 3 dishes)

The meeting time for morning class is 8:50am and afternoon class is 1:50pm. Th is a 4-5 hours unique cooking experience in a local restaurant and workshop as well. First, you will walk into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. Afterwards, the cooking class will be carried out in a Workshop Kitchen. You are treated with Sichuan tea, which is the way and ceremony that locals treat friends and visitors. After that, start the cooking process instructed by a professional chef in a cozy kitchen. Finally, you can enjoy the dishes made by yourself along with some beers or beverages.
