Show up early to our adventure for a coffee or cocktail made by our wonderful mixologists and we’re off. We begin our journey by divulging the secrets of how our still was built, how it cranks out its delicious spirits, and our daily processes to keep it well-fed. From there we pull back the curtain of our production area to see how the sausage is made (this distillery tour contains zero meat byproducts). The next stop on our tour is our lounge. Highlighted by the world’s “Luckiest Bar Top”, a ride you’ll need to see to believe, and our fabulous fortune fish Fortuna. Her accuracy may be spotty, but she makes up for it with charisma, and we love her for it.
