10.30 am: Hands-on Cooking Lesson Today you will learn how to make and cook another traditional Italian menu focused on Tortelli, Tagliatelle, and dessert. Lunch at the villa with wine. After lunch, we will visit the nearby wine region of Venitian hills named "Colli Euganei," a vulcanic wine-growing region that produces fabulous wines such as Prosecco, Cabernet, and Merlot. Today you will be involved with risotto all'italiana. Our region is known for the rice cultivated in the Po Delta. As a dessert, you could try to make a delicious Tiramisù, another local recipe of our land. In the end, we sit down and enjoy the meal together. Afternoon free time to relax after a long work in the kitchen. You can ask our staff to plan an excursion to the beautiful natural park of Po Delta. Dinner at the Villa.
