Women's Hike to Ouzel Falls in Rocky Mountain National Park

Features: The destination is an incredible 40-foot waterfall named Ouzel (OOH-zel) Falls. Along the way, we'll walk through an enchanting pine and aspen forest while following a rushing mountain stream with multiple waterfalls and cascades. If you love water then you'll love this hike! Once we get to Ouzel Falls we'll enjoy hot drinks and chocolates, views, sound, and mist of this glorious waterfall. We'll return the same way we came. Level: This adventure requires ladies to be in moderately good physical condition as well as be able to walk uphill and downhill on rocky terrain. I can provide trekking poles for you to help with the rocky terrain. The first half of the hike is uphill to Ouzel Falls and then downhill upon return to the trailhead. Pace: I will keep a moderate pace (1.5-2 mph) and won't leave you behind. We'll stop along the way to let you catch your breath, have a snack/water, and take pictures.
