What you'll do

Guests will begin their experience with a safety briefing before boarding a purpose-built vessel
In St Lucia, this includes an exciting surf launch from the beach. Once at sea, the skipper and qualified marine guide will navigate along the coastline in search of humpback whales during their annual migration. Guests will spend approximately two hours on the ocean observing whales in their natural environment, which may include breaching, tail slapping, spy-hopping, and if you are lucky even mother-and-calf interactions. Throughout the excursion, guides provide informative commentary about whale behaviour, migration patterns, marine conservation, and the surrounding ecosystem. Depending on conditions, sightings may also include dolphins, seabirds, turtles, or other marine life. This experience combines adventure, education, and responsible wildlife viewing, offering travellers an unforgettable opportunity to witness one of nature’s most spectacular marine events.

Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Guests meet at the Advantage Office. The whale train will pick up all guests here and transfer to the beach where the boats will launch. Free parking available infront of the office. Please use toilet facilities at the office before embarking on the tour. There is no toilet on the boat.
