Wellness Energy Reset Session in Provo Utah

Our one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you where you are. You might come in for Medical Qigong, Reiki, breathwork, sound therapy, cupping, acupressure, emotion or body coding, forgiveness work, cacao ceremony, aromatherapy, essential oil blending, energetic needling, moxibustion, foot zoning, meditation, or a combination of several different modalities in our intuitive shamanic sessions. Some people come in feeling stressed, stuck, exhausted, emotional, disconnected, or simply curious. Others are looking for a deeper reset or want support creating more balance in their body and life. You do not need to know which modality to choose before you arrive. Tell us what is going on, what you are hoping to shift, and how you want to feel. We can help create a session around you, using the tools that feel most supportive that day. Every session is a little different, because every person is a little different.
