Vineyards tour with Electric Jeep with wine tasting

Fourty hectares of peaceful vineyards surround the castle and are are tended to by experienced and dedicated vinters. The new, state-of-the-art winery, just completed in April 2003. Our new, computer controlled stainless steel tanks 48 in all maintain the correct temperature throughout the entire winemaking process. In addition, we uses over 300 French oak barrels to age the wine. This modern facility produces some of the best central Italy wines. This experience includes: - Eco-tour with zero Co2 emission on board of electric off-road cars , driving over vineyards and olives groves for reaching our most suggestive and ancient vineyard, dated 217b.C. - Guided winery visit: vinification room, barrels room and ageing system illustration - Wine tasting included different wines, typical "bruschetta" with our unfiltered ExtraVirgin Olive Oil, selection of local delicacies in the overview terrace
