The frothing whitewater tumbles through dense rainforest, so make sure you look up to take in the views on calmer stretches. Midday brings a well-deserved buffet lunch which you’ll tuck into either at the riverside or back at the camp. Then you’ll set off exploring the wild rainforest with your guide. It’s home to an impressive collection of plant and animal life, so look up into the canopy to try and spot monkeys and sloths. As dusk falls, unwind with happy hour drinks and light bites ahead of a candlelit dinner and an unforgettable evening under the stars. Staying overnight in the serene jungle of the Pacuare River is the real cherry on top of this trip.Rise and shine on day two to the soothing sounds of nature and the smell of freshly brewed local coffee.
