Built with blocks of granite, many of them taken from ancient Roman or Punic temples, the church has a simple but very impressive structure.

the "tomb of the giants" Su monte 'e s'Abe is a collective tomb dating back to t
he Neolithic and Ancient Bronze Age (1800 b.C.) and is not far from the castle of Pedres (A.D. 1100). Not far away there is also a nuraghe (nuraghe Casteddu) not yet excavated and therefore difficult to access.
