Strolling among the vines, and visiting the cellar, you will learn how our mountain organic wines are born: the cheerful Charmat Sparkling extra brut method, the still whites Traminer aromatic, a white with a captivating blend and an engaging taste, and the amazing red wine Pinot Noir 100%. Then, we will take you to the tasting room, which is framed by the wonderful view of Lake Garda. There, we will chat about how our vines are made, while enjoining a platter of local salami and cheeses and our home-made “giardiniera.” (An appetizer consisting of fresh chopped vegetables)
