Tampere Scenic Bike Tour with Sauna and Local Flavors

The Alexander Church is a stone church in Tampere, Finland, and it is part of the Tampere Cathedral Parish.

It is regarded as one of the best outdoor grills in Finland and it services as our main lunch stop

The tunnel was originally built to float bundled logs from Lake Näsijärvi to Lake Pyhäjärvi. However, it was never used for log driving and remained unused for over 40 years until it was finally opened in 2013 for boat transport, as well as for pedestrians and cyclists.

We'll stop at Tahmela Beach to enjoy the views and take a short break.

Tahmelan Huvila is home to one of the best saunas in the region, along with delicious local cuisine. You’ll also have the chance to swim in a safe, shallow lake right next to the sauna.

One of the most beautiful sightseeing spots in Tampere. From the cliffs of Pyynikki, you’ll enjoy stunning lake views, an ideal place to capture the most memorable photos of your trip. We’ll also visit the famous Pyynikki Observation Tower.

We’ll ride back along scenic nature trails all the way to the iconic Laukontori, a local market square filled with regional delicacies and handmade products.

We wrap up the tour where we started with a moment to enjoy Finnish coffee and local pastries.
