Tagaytay day tour: Private car pick up & drop off

The People’s Park was initially called Palace in the Sky. At the site is an unfinished and seemingly abandoned mansion commissioned by former First Lady Imelda Marcos in the 1980s. The mansion was supposed to accommodate former United States President Ronald Reagan, who announced his plan to visit the country. However, the planned visit was canceled; hence, the construction was stopped, and eventually, the mansion was abandoned. In due time, the mansion was converted into an urban park and called People’s Park in the Sky.

Picnic Grove is a pleasant attraction in Tagaytay City that lets you embrace the beauty of nature. Surround yourself with its lush green trees and plants while enjoying a scenic view of Taal lake and the volcano. Escape the city noise and heat with its serene environment, cool temperature and soothing fresh air.

Perched atop the Tagaytay mountains, Balay Dako is an authentic Filipino restaurant by top chef Tony Boy Escalante that offers a breathtaking view of Taal Lake and delicious food to boot. Inspired by chef Escalante's Negrense roots, the establishment has become a gathering place for families and friends who seek to celebrate life's significant events or simply enjoy a delicious, comforting meal. If you pop by on a weekend, be sure to try their brunch buffet and stay a bit longer on Saturday to enjoy their DJ nights on their rooftop bar, Terraza.
