Before You Arrive:

Please keep your mobile phone switched on after landing so we can contact you if needed. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message from our team upon arrival. We actively monitor your flight and adjust pickup times accordingly.

Meeting Your Driver

Your driver will be easily identifiable and will be displaying a **"Go Sydney Shuttle"** sign. As this is a shared shuttle service, there may be a short wait while: Other passengers arrive and clear customs, or The shuttle completes nearby pickups.

Flight Delays & Changes

If your flight is delayed, cancelled, rescheduled, or if you encounter any unexpected delays, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and avoid disruptions to your transfer.

Waiting Time

We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight's arrival time. This is generally sufficient for immigration, customs, and baggage collection. If you anticipate taking longer than 60 minutes, please contact us promptly.
