Sunrise Zen Husky Tour (10:00 to 13:00 - sitting on the sled)

An experience made quintessential when coupled with a fantastically strong, cuddly and beautiful team of 12-14 Alaskan Huskies. A morning never to be forgotten! You will share a sled that seats 4 people in total and be able to relax and absorb the magnificent wilderness. Perhaps if you are lucky you will be able to see a Moose or some Reindeer on your tour. You will sit and be driven by one of our experienced guides, only to sit and enjoy the ride. Afterwards, you will be able to treat your lovely husky team with a chunk of meat, their favourite winter snack. Our Sled Dog Kennel is approx 17km outside the main tourist centre of Kiruna. Away from all other companies. We will collect you free of charge and bring you to get changed into our warm clothes before taking you into the very dark Poikkijärvi Woods. As part of the experience, if you wish you can help ready the dogs and help secure them after your tour. Then we proceed to our cosy fire hut where you can enjoy a warm drink and a lovely snack over the open wood fire. An experience not to be missed.
