Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID if requested at check-in to match the name on your booking.
Arrival: Arrive at your designated pick-up point on time and wait outside, as the shuttle bus will not wait for late arrivals.
Access to Veitsiluoto Port: Check-in for the cruise takes place at the SnowCastle area in Kemi; only registered cruise travelers can access Veitsiluoto Port during the cruise.
Food & drinks: Breakfast and lunch at the SnowCastle Restaurant is available by advance reservation only for an extra fee and is not included in your ticket.
