The last salt pan (Culcasi) will allow us to enter an ancient mill of over 600 years, now a museum, to find out how it was collected, how it worked, the various tools, the hierarchies, what role salt played in this place and the differences between past and present. We will taste the different types of salt crystals and its most precious part the salt flower, natural and flavored with orange, lemon, rosemary and oregano etc... and finally we will carry out "the path of the saltman" a suggestive walk inside the salt tanks.
