You’ll cook alongside Chef Giuseppe's team in a peaceful Roman garden, away from the crowds yet still within Rome. With small groups (maximum 15 guests per instructor), the atmosphere remains intimate, relaxed, and personal, allowing for attentive guidance throughout the class. Over 3.5 hours, you’ll be guided by a licensed Mastro Pizzaiolo and Pasta Maker, learning genuine techniques and professional methods you can take home with confidence. You’ll prepare three different doughs and enjoy your handmade meal paired with wine from our own vineyard.
