Restorative Soundbath in Palm Springs

You'll remove your shoes and silence your cell phone. Then be invited to choose a spot that is set for your maximum comfort with cushioned mats, blankets, pillow, bolster and organic eye pillow. Once settled you'll lay down on your back and guided through a relaxing meditation to calm the mind and prepare you for the soundbath experience. As the soundbath begins expect your body and mind to go on a restorative journey as your nervous system relaxes and your brain slows from its busy state. The ambient sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and various instruments are blended for deep restoration. At the end you'll be guided to a seated position.
