The return journey to the hotel takes clients through scenic mountainous roads, offering stunning views to complete the experience. As part of this package, we also include our signature “plate of the day,” featuring a homestyle Dominican meal. Dishes may include white rice, beans, peas, fried chicken, pot roast, smoked pork chops, and fresh green salad—all lovingly prepared in our traditional wood-fired kitchen.
