In the evening, your private guide will pick you up for a visit to the illuminated Temple of Luxor, which was the center of the important Opet festival that aimed to reconcile the human and divine aspects of the ruler. After the visit, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Your West Bank tour of Luxor starts with a pick-up from your hotel and a visit to the Valley of the Kings. This incredible site is home to tombs of pharaohs including Ramses II and Tutankhamen. Your tour will take you inside three of these tombs, excluding Tutankhamen's tomb as it requires an extra ticket.

After visiting the Valley of the Kings, the tour will continue to Hatshepsut Temple, where you can marvel at the impressive architecture and learn about the history of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female pharaohs in ancient Egypt. Proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of a mortuary temple that is now completely destroyed except for the two imposing statues.
