Private Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Day Tour from Vail

Your professional chauffeur picks you up at your door in Vail or Beaver Creek and drives you west through the dramatic walls of Glenwood Canyon, where the Colorado River carves 1,300 foot cliffs alongside one of the most scenic stretches of highway in the country. The drive takes roughly an hour and a quarter each way. Once in Glenwood Springs you have the day to yourself. Soak in the world's largest hot springs pool at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, open since 1888. Unwind in the sixteen riverside mineral pools at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the quieter and more adult oriented option. Ride the gondola up to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park for cave tours, mountaintop views and family rides. Or stroll historic downtown for lunch, shops and Doc Holliday's grave. There is nothing quite like easing into a steaming hot spring with snow on the peaks around you, and because Interstate 70 is maintained all winter, this trip runs every month of the year. When you are ready, your chauffeur drives you back through the canyon to your lodging. You set the pace all day, and the vehicle is yours alone.
