The tour will take you through the lower crevasse field of the glacier and finally up top onto the plateau of the glacier where we will be free to check out many of the glacier features that are present on that day. There will of course be ample opportunities for photos! After spending 1-1.5 hours on the ice, we will descend and head back to the parking lot. All tours are private, so it will be just you and your group. This allows the guide to tailor the experience to precisely what your group wants.
Located around 2 hours east of Reykjavik, just off the Ring Road. Turn off at road 221 and drive all the way to the large parking lot. Your guide will be waiting for you close to the large white container building adjacent to the parking lot.
