Managed by the fifth generation of the Scilio family, who have cultivated these vineyards since 1815, this winery is rich with tradition and authenticity. Luisa, the family’s daughter, will warmly welcome you into a charming, Sicilian-style rustic restaurant. Here, you’ll savor a generous charcuterie board brimming with Sicilian delicacies—salumi, olives, eggplant, and other vibrant local flavors. Alongside this feast, you’ll enjoy tastings of four distinct wines: red, white, and rosé, each showcasing the region’s unique terroir. After lunch, a knowledgeable sommelier will guide you on an immersive walk through the vineyards.
