Join Arctic Adventure Tours, a local, family-run company with 27 years of experience creating genuine Arctic experiences in Northern Norway.

Your evening begins at our own Meeting Point in Tromsø Harbour, where we welcome you, introduce the night ahead and make sure you are properly equipped with warm clothing before departure.

We travel in a small group of maximum 15 guests, with both a dedicated guide and driver. This gives us time to take care of each guest while staying flexible throughout the evening, following the weather, cloud cover and Aurora activity in search of the best possible conditions.

For us, the experience is about more than seeing the Northern Lights. It is about sharing the Arctic night with you – the landscape, the darkness, the atmosphere and the feeling of being outdoors in Northern Norway.

Warm drinks, snacks, a meal and photos from the evening are included.

Included

We serve a hot expedition meal (freeze-dried), snacks and warm drinks.
Photos are included and free of charge. We also give guidance on taking northern lights photos.
You will have experienced and professional guide and local driver.
You will receive briefing and given warm suits and boots from our office, before departure.

Not included

Bring your passport with you, as the hunt may lead us over the border into Finland.
Bring your own personal and warm hat and mittens/gloves.

Pickup details

We will meet you at our Arctic Adventure Tours - MEETING POINT on Austadkaia. We are wearing jackets with "Arctic Adventure Tours" on and will lead you to our dressing room close by.
