Night tour through the Monteverde cloud forest

Discover why the Monteverde Cloud Forest Night Tour is one of the best nighttime wildlife experiences in Costa Rica. Over 87% of the animals in the tropical cloud forest are nocturnal, making nighttime the ideal time to explore Monteverde's biodiversity with an expert naturalist guide. During this nighttime hike on private trails, you'll have the opportunity to search for red-eyed tree frogs, tarantulas, snakes, kinkajous, armadillos, two-toed sloths, and birds roosting in the cloud forest.

Each tour is unique and authentic, as wildlife sightings depend on natural factors such as weather, season, animal activity, and a bit of luck. This experience offers a unique way to discover the Monteverde cloud forest after sunset and connect with nature at its most active and mysterious.
