Participants will be introduced to some of Maine's most iconic food and drink industries and hear the stories of local farmers, fishermen and other producers - while sampling delicious products that represent them!
This guided, 30-minute experience is a fantastic introduction to Maine's food and beverage landscape, history and culture. We recommend scheduling this class at the beginning of your time in Maine so you can take advantage of all you've learned during the rest of your trip. A curated local beverage flight (mead, craft beer, wine) designed to pair with the tasting menu is available for purchase on-site for guests ages 21+. Note: This activity typically takes place at a high-top table in our Tasting Room. Heading north on Route 1, turn left onto Old Bath Rd at the Maine Tasting Center sign. The entrance to our parking lot will be immediately on your right after the turn. Park in our lot and head to the Tasting Room building. When you arrive, please check in with the staff at the bar.
