Maasai Village Experience Day Tour

1. Read Carefully: Please take a moment to read the full experience description so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Travel Time: We drive approximately 2.5 hours each way to reach the village.

3. Return Times: For the 8:00 AM tour, we return by 3:00 PM. For the 11:00 AM tour, we return by 7:00 PM.

4. Photography Policy: Professional cameras are discouraged to prevent the commercialization of this experience. If you share photos of the community, please ensure your publicity reflects them with dignity and contributes to their well-being.

5. Pickup Details: Please be patient; we will send your specific pickup information the night before your tour, no later than 9:00 PM.

6. Donations: If you wish to donate, feel free to carry cash or purchase dry grains, flour, snacks, or school supplies.

7. Breakfast: Please ensure you have eaten breakfast before your scheduled pickup.

8. Pickup Window: Depending on traffic and the location of other guests, you may be picked up up to one hour earlier than the tour start time.

9. Dress Code: We kindly ask that you dress modestly. To show respect for local customs, the less skin shown, the better.

10. Pickup Radius: We offer a Free Pickup Radius. If you are outside this area, please contact us for directions to a meeting point or to arrange a special pickup (a small fee may apply).

11. Connectivity: Please remain reachable via internet/phone until we notify you of our arrival at your pickup location.

12. Airport Pickups: If you are staying near JKIA, please meet us at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel to avoid airport entry formalities and additional parking charges.

13. Last-Minute Bookings: If you book within a few hours of the tour start time, please text us immediately to confirm.

14. Cultural Tolerance: We ask all guests to be patient and considerate of one another. Please do not take cultural differences personally; respect the views of others even if they differ from your own.
