Learn the Art of Fire

First we have an introduction with your teacher and students. We will briefly cover some fire safety before using practice staffs to learn key movements patterns. For those that are feeling confident we can add some footwork. We will then run through a more detailed fire safety brief. We will watch an on fire demonstration. Then it’s your turn, are you brave to play with the flame.? Each participant will get their individual turn to play with the lit staff with the burn lasting between 3-5 minutes for those feeling unconfident with the staff but still wanting to try they will be able to use the fire palms.
