Drive through the lush forest of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on our way to Kuwohi Mountain. Roadside waterfalls flowing from the mountains, and a beautiful rocky river follow along the side of the road allow many opportunities to take pictures along the way. It is also possible to see Elk, deer, and wild turkeys.
At the Oconaluftee Visitor Center it is possible to see Elk grazing in the pasture
We will stop briefly to use the facilities and enjoy the gift shop.
