Learn foundational Muay Thai in Koh Samui with certified instructors in a focused 1 to 1.5-hour beginner class.

Getting started

On arrival at the gym, check in and confirm whether you are joining the group class, 1.5-hour session, or the private class, 1-hour session as prebooked. You then meet your certified Muay Thai instructors and receive your boxing gloves. After a short introduction to Muay Thai and a basic safety briefing, you move on to the training area to begin.

Both options are structured as an introduction to Muay Thai, tailored to beginners.

• Make use of the boxing gloves provided for the session, so you do not need to bring your own gear. After training, you can cool down and freshen up using the shower and changing room before you leave the gym.
